Broomfield, Colo., December 12, 2002 – Corporate Express, Inc., a Buhrmann company (NYSE: BUH), the world's largest business-to-business supplier of essential office and computer products and services, today announced the availability of the Corporate Express 2003 Business Furniture Sourcebook. The 2003 Business Furniture Sourcebook contains nearly 4,000 SKUs and more than 200 pages including over 40 of the world's most respected manufacturers. This year's catalog offers customers a "showroom on paper," featuring comprehensive full-page examples of furnished areas from the reception room to the executive office. Corporate Express also uses an extensive color palette in its catalog to showcase the latest color trends and further bring the pages to life. Additional enhancements include tri-fold displays, a furniture vocabulary page, new product categories and expanded product sections. For example, Corporate Express' private label EXP brand offers customers furniture with more features and functionality than competitors' products for the same price or less. "Corporate Express makes it easy to build customized offices through a complete selection of furniture in our Sourcebook that ranges from simple to sophisticated," said Dave Grove, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Corporate Express. "Furnishing an office is not a simple task so to make it easier for our customers, we also offer design and space planning, delivery and installation, and recommendations on how to work around budget and technical issues." Similar to the Company's Office and Computer Products Sourcebook, the Business Furniture Sourcebook features detailed navigation aids that make the furniture selection process easier. These include larger photos that more clearly depict products, an easy-to-navigate index, conceptual offerings, cross-references for numerous products and other improvements to help customers quickly and easily find what they need. Furthermore, for furniture customers who are focused on quick and easy installation, Corporate Express uses icons in its Sourcebook to highlight products that are "Quickship," "Ready-to-Assemble" and "No-Tools-Required."
